Welcome to Confi.ai and Lamona Technology! By subscribing to and using our software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans that allow you to access the Service on a monthly or yearly basis (the “Subscription”). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Monthly Subscription: Billed once per month on the date you first subscribed.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed once per year on the date you first subscribed.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for a limited number of days (the “Free Trial”). After the Free Trial ends, you will be charged for the Subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial at any time.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment Methods: You must provide valid payment information when you sign up for a Subscription. You authorize us to charge all applicable Subscription fees to the payment method on file.
• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your access to the Service until the payment is completed.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged in addition to the Subscription fee where required by law.

4. Account Creation and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to violate any law or regulation.

6. Data Usage and Security

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that we can use, process, and store your data to provide the Service. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and ChatGPT. You acknowledge that these third-party platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Subscription.
• Termination by Us: We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be exclusively resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
